Shipping policy

Destinations: Ships only within the United States to valid street addresses (no P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international).

Shipping Cost: Flat rate of $5.99 for all orders, regardless of size or weight

Processing Time: 1-2 business days (up to 3 during peak seasons), excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after processing, subject to delays from weather, holidays, or other issues.

Order Tracking: Tracking number provided via email upon shipment, trackable on the carrier’s website.

Lost/Damaged Shipments: RealRunners is not liable once the package is with the carrier; contact the carrier for claims or reach out to RealRunners for assistance.
